City Manager
The City Manager is appointed by the City Council and serves as the chief executive officer of the City. The City Manager is responsible for implementing City Council policy, managing all City departments, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to McLainberg residents and businesses.
Elena M. Worthington serves as McLainberg City Manager. She has served in this role since January 2020 and previously served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Ridgeview.

City Clerk
The City Clerk is appointed by the City Council and is the official custodian of City records, attests official documents, administers oaths, and oversees the City's elections in coordination with the County Elections Office.

The City Attorney serves as legal advisor to the City Council, City Manager, and all City departments. McLainberg retains the law firm of Harrington, Pérez & Cho LLP as City Attorney, with Diana Harrington serving as lead counsel.
